What we do with the information we gather from volunteers
If you attend a festival event and give us your data (name, post code, email, mobile) on paper we will make the intended uses clear at the point of signing. For example, joining our mailing list, joining our database of volunteers, wishing to participate in the creation of a project or individuals interested in attending specific projects.
This data will be transferred to our password protected secure online store. The hard copies will be photographed and scanned and stored in the same way as evidence of you opting into us holding this data. Only the Co-Directors and communications manager will have access to this data. This data will be held until you let us know that you no longer wish to receive information and communications from us.
