'As we delve deeper into what the flavour of Leeds could feel, taste and smell like....we spent a day with Rob Tomlinson, fifth generation Yorkshire Rhubarb grower, accompanied with some locals from the area. We all got our hands dirty by digging out some of Rob's best produce and prepping it for the next part of our journey. It was a beautiful moment, sharing stories and hearing personal anecdotes of what Leeds truly means.
