After our open call for student and graduate placements, we’re excited to welcome Angel, Charlotte and Jennie, who will be helping us with the production and marketing for Compass Festival 2022.
Angel Manaa
Angel is our Graduate Events and Production Assistant, working with both Compass and Yorkshire Dance.
Angel is an artist who makes socially engaging art. Her work aims to help vulnerable people in society by bringing their communities together. She has just graduated from Leeds Beckett University, where she studied performing arts. Currently, she is working as an assistant producer.
Charlotte Mereli
Charlotte is joining our team on a student marketing placement.
Charlotte is a dance artist and creative currently completing her MA in Dance and Creative Enterprise at NSCD. Before that, she studied Dance & Choreography at Falmouth University, in Cornwall. As well as her love for the arts, Charlotte is interested in social media marketing and online presence, and after graduating hopes to combine her interests and work in marketing for the arts.
Jennie Gilman
Jennie is joining our team on a student production placement.
As well as working in radio production within the arts and culture sector, she is currently completing a Research MA, exploring sci-fi books through Virtual Reality goggles. Her involvement in Compass came from her interest potential of immersive technologies and immersive theatre.
