This month we have said goodbye to two members of the Compass Team. Jack Lynch our Communications and Engagement Manager and Producer Polly Cuthbert. It has been a complete joy to work with both of them over the past two years and we want to say a huge thanks for all of their hard work.

Both Jack and Polly joined Compass in the rosy days of 2019 before any of knew what was coming and how the world was going to change. They have weathered the storm with us, being integral parts of the team behind the successful delivery of Compass 2021 as a reimagined ‘slow festival’. We’re delighted to see them move on to new adventures with Bradford 2025 and The Place, who are very lucky to have them!
We wish them all the best in their new roles and look forward to seeing what they achieve in the future!
