Compass Festival 16 - 25 November 2018

Compass presents original live art and interactive encounters by outstanding local, national and international artists and takes place every other November all over Leeds in cultural venues, civic buildings, local businesses and out on the city streets. Our main programme is completely free to the public, ensuring thousands of people can enjoy world-class live art on their doorsteps.

Since 2011, Compass has become a much-loved feature of Leeds’ cultural calendar animating our city with brilliant interactive experiences in which we invite the public to join in playful enquiry, silent contemplation, astonishing feats of madness, hospitality and communality, where we live, work and play.
