Compass is on the search for a new Senior Producer to join the team.
We are seeking someone who is:
- Dedicated to interactivity and socially engaged practice.
- Experienced in co-creation and commissioning new work.
- Interested in projects that take place outside of the gallery or theatre.
- Excited about programming work in unusual spaces not normally associated with art.
The new Senior Producer will be instrumental in shaping and delivering Compass’ strategic aims. They will be the engine room behind the planning and delivery of both our residency and festival programmes.
This is an opportunity for someone who has a passion for supporting artistic projects from the seed of an idea through to a fully realised artistic vision.
Fee: £10,350 for 6 months with opportunity to extend.
Time Commitment: Average of 3 days a week.
