We are currently seeking expressions of interest from freelance producers to work with us in delivering Compass 2024.
2024 will see the 7th edition of the biennial Compass Festival due to take place in the Autumn. We are so grateful that the festival has grown in scale and ambition over past editions and is therefore characterised by the exploration of communality, community building, place-making and individual experience.
We would like to invite freelance producers who have a strong interest in working on interactive contemporary art projects to send us an expression of interest to help deliver our 2024 festival programme. By registering your interest you’ll be the first to receive recruitment materials as we begin to grow the team over the coming months.

We are nearing the end of our residency year, during which we’ve been developing long lead projects researching lines of inquiry such as the future of Chinese food culture amidst climate change as well as exploring walking as a tool to look at themes of displacement and home. We welcome contact from those who have worked 3+ years in producing or project management and who can demonstrate experience of producing contemporary art projects with public participation at their heart.
